Family Link
Our Family Link Worker will aim to:
- Provide support for parent/carers and families.
- Support parents/carers in helping their children fulfill their potential.
- Build links and act as a signpost to other agencies.
- Provide a flexible approach to support parents and carers.
Family Links can…
- help you set up a homework routine at home.
- support parents/carers with children’s behaviour.
- give advice with forms, for example, secondary transition forms/ free school meals applications.
- gove hints and tips to support children’s learning for example reading at home.
