Attendance
The school gates open from 8.40am and children are admitted to the building from 8.45am with the class register being taken at 9.00am. Children arriving after this time must be signed in at the office and will be marked as late.
Our school day finishes at 3.30pm when children will be brought to the playground for collection. It is essential for each adult dismissing a class to ensure that the correct person collects, so please bear with us during this process.

Closures
Our aim would always be to keep the school open if at all possible, as long as the safety and wellbeing of the children and staff can be maintained.
In the event that a decision is made to close the school, the text messaging system would be used to contact you and inform you of the closure. Any decision would be made as early as practically possible.
Additionally, the South Gloucestershire School Status page on the internet would be updated. This can be found at:

Radio Bristol and Heart radio would also be informed and a message will be added to the school website.
In the event of severe weather, please do not allow any children to walk to school without an adult.
